Due to the highly sensitive nature of research peptides and the requirement to maintain strict temperature controls and chain-of-custody purity standards, all sales are final. Please review the conditions below for damaged or incorrect items.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a product has left our facility. We cannot verify the storage conditions of products once they are in the buyer’s possession, and therefore cannot restock them for other researchers.
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken vials) or if you received the incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@zorvalab.com. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or error. Verified damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost to the researcher.
